has run IT organizations, and has had hands-on experience in most
aspects of IT. He has in-depth
practice working with senior managers in many industries, including
publishing, consumer packaged goods, and financial services, among
others.
He learned the nuts and bolts of IT - along with leadership and
management techniques - in his early career at GE. At consultancies
Arthur D. Little and Accenture, Chris honed his analytic, project
management, communication, and operational management skills. At
Digitas, Chris experienced first-hand the fast-paced, semi-crazed
world of the dot-com Web services startup company.
Chris has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth
College. He is a top graduate of GE's intensive Information Systems
Management Program (ISMP).
has more than 15 years of consulting and operational management
experience. As a management consultant for Arthur D. Little, Lisa
spent 10 years helping companies across several industries (including
financial services, high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing) achieve
operational effectiveness by designing and implementing business
processes, organizational
structures, training programs, knowledge management programs, change
management initiatives, customer management programs, and information
technology.
As a senior manager, Lisa was heavily involved in corporate product
development, recruiting, staff management and development, training,
and knowledge management. She has five years of hands-on industry
experience as an information technology manager for GE Capital.
Lisa earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of
Michigan and an M.B.A. from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business
Administration.
